1) Open the Course or Group you want to send reminders regarding, in this example we will click on Safety training
2) Inside the group/course you should see a button called Send announdement. In this example we will cover email announcements but if you have the premium version of the platform you can also send SMS announcements.
4) After pressing "Email" you should see a popup where you can write the title and text of the announcement.
5) If you scroll down in that window you will get a few more options, e.g. setting the timeframe for when the announcement should be sent by swiping Set schedule date
6) If we scroll even further down we can filter who should receive the announcement. Under Use quick filters you can select for example only to send to learners that have not started yet or are in progress but skip sending to the ones with completed status.
7) If we select Receivers in a list we will be able to manually select individuals to send the announcement to
