Exporting using tags

Export by tags is used to be able to trace the product that was shipped, bought, sold and etc.

User can enter a lot number (tag number) of the product and the timeframe it was processed. Then he will get an excel with all the data about this product, if the temperatures where ok, was the facility cleaned, etc.

Also user can see any corrective actions that were added during this timeframe and show the status of them, if they are in progress, completed, or where they are at.

How to export with tags

  1. To make an export with tags, click on the "Export" button on the "Users" page and select the "Users progress by tags and date" option.

  2. In the opened modal window, select a particular tag from a list.

  3. Select timeframes.

  4. Click on the "Export" button.

Export results

In the exported file, the user can see all the information regarding the selected tags like:

  1. Tag progress in through all activities where it was mentioned - "Tags Progress" tab.

  2. Status of created deviation tasks during selected timeframes - "Deviation Tasks" tab.

  3. Detailed information abount all corrective options tasks and deviation tasks that were created during selected timeframes.

Exporting without tags

Exporting without tags is used when there is no need to export data regarding tags, but there is a need for a specific month (or other timeframe). User can skip using the tag and only use timeframes to collect all the data for a month/other timeframe and all corrective actions that happened during that time and their status.

How to export without tags

  1. To make an export without tags, click on the "Export" button on the "Users" page and select the "Users progress by tags and date" option.

  2. In the opened modal window, do not select a particular tag from a list.

  3. Select timeframes.

  4. Click on the "Export" button.

Export results

In the exported file, the user can see all the information regarding the selected timeframes:

  1. Status of created deviation tasks during selected timeframes - "Deviation Tasks" tab.

  2. Detailed information abount all corrective options tasks and deviation tasks that were created during selected timeframes.
