Introductory video:
A Corrective Actions is an additional feature of Checklist activity that helps with recording and describing something that isn’t as it should be.
Every corrective action stays linked to the checklist where the problem was spotted.
Corrective actions are follow-up tasks created after any response for a checklist item fails to meet the expected results. They help you:
Capture the issue clearly
Track deadlines
Make sure the fix actually happens
Prove the follow-up during inspections
Preparation:
Contact the Learncove team to activate your "Improvement Plan" feature.
