Preparation: Before You Begin
Before creating a Date Picker item, ensure that:
A Checklist Activity has already been created.
The creator has access to the Question tab within the activity.
How to: Create a Date Picker Item
Navigate to the Question tab and click the Add button.
From the list of available item types, select Date picker.
Enter your content into the Question Text field. (This field is required.)
Click "Save" to finish creating the question.
Result:
Once saved:
The Date Picker item will appear in the Checklist activity.
Users will see a calendar interface during completion.
Users can select a specific date to record their response.
The selected date will be stored as part of the activity results, supporting reliable tracking of time-based tasks.
