Definition:
A quiz import is a feature (functionality category) that allows creators to insert a previously created quiz activity into a new or existing topic (distinguishing feature). Instead of building a quiz from scratch, this function enables the reuse of existing assessments to maintain consistency and save time.
Preparation:
The Quiz activity has already been created and is available for import.
How to assign a Quiz:
Navigate to the ”Activities” tab.
Click the “Import activities” button.
Click on the “+” button in the Quiz row that you want to import.
Selected Quiz displayed on the “Added activities” section.
Click on the “Import” button.
Result:
The selected quiz is successfully imported into the topic and appears with a "Draft" status. This allows creators to review the content, make any necessary edits, and ensure it meets your requirements before publishing it for users.
