By setting up your departments in learncove you can automatically assign different content to employees added to different partners.
For example if you want onboarding training to be assigned when someone is starting to work at your company.
a) Open the group/course you want to assign and press the three dots in the upper right corner - press "Manage departments"
b) Choose the department/s you want to assign this content to
c) By opening settings- school settings - departments you can access an overview of all your department and what training has been assigned to them. Managers can be added to the departments that get access to the progress of the employees in that department.
