In this article we will cover how to create informative content like step by step guides, single videos etc. where progress does not need to be tracked

  1. Press Add new

2. Choose Course since groups are only visible to learners invited into the group while courses are available in the learners content library

3. If you have few different guides / plans you want to have in the learners library then you can choose With versioning which creates a folder while without versioning would only host a single one

4. Add a name to this folder and information to managers that might assist with structuring this folder

5.Press create versions to create the content piece in this folder

6. Add a title and description of this content

7. Press introduction material and press "Add introduction material"

8. In this view you can upload the content you want to be made available in the library

9. If you want to add this piece of content into a particular category in the learners library you can do that from the section called categories

Lastly you need to publish the course to make it available.

Note: If you want to track usage of the content, how many have used it then you need add the content into a topic instead of adding it as introduction material
